- Incoming Webhooks: You can now connect an external checkout or CRM to Thrive Apprentice, so a purchase grants course access automatically with no code required.
- Automatic field matching from test webhook: Apprentice will automatically map frequently used webhook fields to Apprentice fields (e.g., email/first name/last name) when you setup external webhook
- Access Actions: Choose what each webhook does when it arrives: find or create the student and grant access, grant access to an existing student only, or revoke access. Revoking keeps the student’s progress so you can restore access later.
- Automatic Field Matching: Email, first name and last name are matched from the incoming data for you, and you can map any other field yourself when you need to.
- Secure By Default: Every new webhook starts with a secret key generated for you, so course access cannot be granted by anyone who happens to find the address. Signature verification is also supported.
- Test Before You Go Live: Send a real test purchase and Apprentice shows you exactly what arrived, without creating a student or granting access.
- Delivery Logs: Every incoming request is listed with its result, so you can see what worked, what did not, and why.
- Security Improvements: This release includes security and stability improvements to keep your site protected.
