Thrive Dashboard version 2.2.2 released

- Zapier API integration: From now on users can connect their Thrive Themes account with their Zapier account.
Once this is done, they will be able to integrate the Lead Generation elements and Contact Forms (built with Thrive Products) on their website with the various apps available in their Zapier dashboard.
